Flights cancelled ahead of Storm Damrey Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific have announced that they will cancel flights to and from Cam Ranh and Da Lat Airports on the morning of November 4 to ensure safety as the Storm Damrey is forecasted to hit the south-central region.
